Course Overview
This 4 days training contains labs for the experienced eHealth administrator and user. With advanced topics, the participant gets the knowledge of how to optimal control his eHealth application.

With this knowledge the participant is able to:

• tune up the eHealth application to the business needs of his company
• prepare the operating system for the eHealth installation
• install eHealth as a standalone system, patches and device upgrades 
• understand the licensing
• discover, group and report
• tune the poller processes
• use the eHealth CLI scripts
• change standard eHealth reports and service profiles
• troubleshoot the installation and the system
• manage the oracle database 

Audience
eHealth administrators, network and system managers, analysts and everyone who is responsible for the operation of the eHealth system
 

Prerequisites

• 3 - 6 months experience in the usage of eHealth
• Windows and Solaris operating system
• CLI skills
• TCP/IP concepts
• SNMP and MIB-based network and system management
