Course Overview
This 2 days training is designed for IT professionals responsible for operations such as fault management, troubleshooting, performance management, capacity planning and network administration. Attendees will learn techniques to help him to use information in eHealth reports more effectively. In addition recommended workflow steps to follow will be taught so that the information can be used to solve day-to-day infrastructure problems.
 

With this knowledge the participant will be able to:

• know how to use eHealth reports and LiveHealth for administering network and infrastructure elements as well as solving problems and simplify other work issues
• introduce eHealth by demonstrating its possibilities with task-oriented and scenario-based methods in a real environment 

Students should bring an example report printed on overhead slides for class discussion if time permits.

Audience
Anyone responsible for using eHealth applications and anyone who would like to better understand of trends and performance of the IT infrastructure

Prerequisites

• basic understanding of IT infrastructure (network devices, servers and applications)
• network and performance management
