Number of Participants
The maximum number of participants is limited to 8.

Course Material
Course material is included in the cost of the course.

Course Location and Directions
Unless stated otherwise, training seminars take place at the Ostermundigen training centre. Detailed directions for car, train or public transportation are available here.

Payment and Course Fees
The invoice is also your course confirmation. Course fees must be paid five days before the course begins, at the latest. Course fees include a business lunch. All prices are without VAT. Training courses are not subject to VAT.

Cancellations
There is no charge for cancellations 20 days before the course begins. There is a 30% charge of the total course costs for cancellations received later than 20 days before the course begins. No refunds will be made for non-appearance and cancellations less than 5 days before the course begins. We reserve the right to cancel a course.
