ITIL is an acronym for IT Infrastructure Library, an approach to IT service management developed by the CCTA (today the OGC) in Norwich, England, on behalf of the British Government.
Today, ITIL is accepted as the de facto standard for Service Management around the world and contains comprehensive and publicly available professional documentation for planning, providing and supporting IT services.
ITIL provides the basis for good support and deployment of IT services. The solutions we offer are important components within the ITIL processes. Among other things, our engineers and consultants are ITIL certified and recognises the benefits that the ITIL methodology provides.
